THE LAKE MARY LIFE BLOG IS BORN – PLUS WE ROUND UP MORE LAKE MARY LEADERS IN THE BLOGOSPHERE.

Lake Mary residents have a new way to share and obtain information about local events, news, and happenings – on a more frequent basis. Lake Mary Life publisher Sheila Kramer recently announced that the magazine is bringing back a popular community-focused blog about Lake Mary as an expanded service to Lake Mary residents and visitors alike

Once hosted by the Orlando Sentinel, the original Lake Mary Community Blog build a fiercely loyal following under the watchful editorial eye of Deborah Bracknell. Deborah joined the Lake Mary Life team in August and is once again posting daily updates about the exciting happenings and going-on in our bustling community. You can follow The Lake Mary Life Blog right from our homepage, www.lakemarylife.com.

“Our magazine is bi-monthly, but there’s always something interesting happening in Lake Mary every day,” Sheila explains. “We sometimes have so much fabulous information to share, but not a way to send it out between issues. When we learned that Deborah was available to help us start The Lake Mary Life Blog, it just seemed like the perfect opportunity to serve our readers in a new way.”

Sheila says that new blog will enable to magazine staff to interact with readers like never before. “We’ve been receiving stories and communicating with our readers through emails, but the blog will really allow us to have a conversation,” she adds.

Deborah plans to include a regular feature on updates from the City of  Lake Mary. “Our readers will be able to find out about the status of the SunRail station, transportation services, new projects, and more via the blog,” says Deborah, who plans to post new content to the blog at least three times each week.

Lake Mary City Manager Jackie Sova calls the blog’s return an exciting opportunity. “We are just thrilled that the blog is coming back,” Jackie adds. “It will make it easy for Lake Mary residents to access must-know information about things happening in the community.”

“Everyone who wants to be involved in Lake Mary will now have the channel to access up-to-the-minute information and still enjoy the in-depth stories that Lake Mary Life is known for,” Deborah grins. “I just love living in Lake Mary. It’s unlike any other city.”
