I don’t just teach this. I’ve lived it.

I’ve worked for myself since 2009— as a freelancer, an agency founder, a solo business owner, and a mentor to other women building careers on their own terms.

What makes me different from a typical “business coach” is the range and realness of my experience:

I launched two digital marketing agencies from my kitchen table — and scaled one to a team of 19.
I’ve won national business competitions (shout out Unity Journalists!)
I earned a master’s degree in entrepreneurship at the University of Florida.
I’ve been a freelancer and hired other freelancers. I know what it’s like to both send the invoice and approve it.
I’ve studied business, written about it, and interviewed hundreds of entrepreneurs through my work as a journalist — for business outlets like Hispanic Executive, Latina Style, Florida Trend, NFIB MyBusiness Magazine, and more. I’ve had a front-row seat to what makes companies succeed — and fail.

I know what it takes to run a freelance business that pays your bills, supports your life, and honors your energy — because I’ve done it, in different seasons, with different challenges.

My Style

So many times we already know what we need to do — we just need space to say it out loud. We need someone to talk it through with. Someone to reflect it back, offer another perspective, or help us get out of our own heads. Because when you’re deep inside your business, it’s hard to see the big picture.

That’s where I come in.

My coaching style is grounded in listening. Really listening. I don’t do one-size-fits-all advice or try to squeeze you into a rigid formula. I don’t believe in hard rules or absolutes. I believe in helping you figure out what works for you — in this season of your life, with the time and energy you actually have.

I know how loud the online business world can get. Social media can make it feel like you’re always behind, always comparing, always chasing someone else’s version of success. But here’s the truth: freelancing is flexible on purpose. You get to decide what success looks like. You get to build a business that serves you.
